02/04/2009 PAT ROPER SINGS FOR HIS WINGS

Lofton Creek artist Pat Roper and LCR promotion man Brad Taylor stopped by the Hooters in Ocala on their recent promo swing through Florida. When the Hooters manager found out Roper was a country singer his asked him to do an acoustic set.
Roper sang for about 40 minutes. The manager later came by their table and said dinner was on Hooters. The guys claim to have a good reason to hit Hooters in every city they now go to. Ropers' new single is "Now Were Getting Somewhere..."   dah looks like it by the photo.    Somehow the manager missed the photo op.
